Meet our Provider Relations and Recruitment Team
Your Network Development and Integration team is here to provide support, trust, efficiency, and loyalty as we facilitate open communication among The Christ Hospital Physician employed providers and build strong relationships between community providers and the network.
In collaboration with our internal marketing team, we strategize to determine growth opportunities and creative approaches to raise awareness of the various services available.

Physician/APP Recruitment & Integration Manager
- Supports service lines in the development, execution, and monitoring of the long-range and annual TCHP provider workforce plan.
- Provides oversight of all physician and APP recruitment efforts with additional focus on Heart & Vascular Services.
- Actively manages vertical integration and provider networking within TCHP, as well as community liaison efforts, to increase retention and maximize growth across all service lines.

- Comprehensive Medicine Services (Hospitalists, Nocturnists, Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine and Inpatient Psychiatry)
