Pre-register for your delivery

You can pre-register for your delivery through your patient portal (The Christ Hospital Mobile App or MyChart for Desktop).

We recommend pre-registering around the third month of pregnancy. 

The process takes about five minutes, giving you the flexibility to pre-register at your convenience.

Steps to pre-register

1. Log in to your patient portal. 

2. Click "Visits" then "Register for My Delivery" (you will find Visits under My Care on the Mobile App)

3. Follow the prompts to: 

• select your estimated delivery date and Birthing Center (Mt. Auburn or Liberty Township)

• verify your personal information

• complete your insurance information (have your insurance card handy).

Our patient portal

The Christ Hospital Mobile App and MyChart for Desktop allow you to view your test results, get estimates for out-of-pocket costs for pre-natal visits and labor & delivery, pay your bill and schedule appointments.

If you don't yet have a patient portal account, ask the front desk staff at your provider's office for an activation code - or simply download the Mobile App or visit MyChart for Desktop and follow the prompts to Sign Up.
