Burlington, Ky. (May 2, 2016) – The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care is proud to welcome Gerry Tolbert, M.D. Dr. Tolbert is currently accepting new patients in Northern Kentucky. He will be joining his father, Jerry Tolbert, M.D., at The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care office located at 1838 Florence Pike in Burlington. He can be contacted at 859-334-0217.
Dr. Tolbert earned his BS in Biology from Georgetown College in Georgetown, KY and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency at Self Regional Healthcare Montgomery Center for Family Health and is board-certified in family medicine.
Dr. Tolbert was recently named medical director of the Northern Kentucky Health Department. He provides ongoing medical consultation and services to Northern Kentucky Health Department clients as needed.
In his free time, he spends time with his wife and three daughters, practices Aikido, Judo and Brazilian jujitsu and is also a contributing writer for GeekDad.com. His areas of interest include preventative medicine, wellness, and pediatric, adolescent and family care.
