The Christ Hospital Health Network is pleased to announce the launch of ezCare Concierge, a free service that helps take the guesswork out of navigating healthcare concerns.

The Christ Hospital Health Network is pleased to announce the launch of ezCare Concierge, a free service that helps take the guesswork out of navigating healthcare concerns.

“There are so many factors now involved in navigating healthcare, it can be stressful. From researching symptoms online, uncertainty on the type of care or physician to see, when it’s time for treatment, what it costs, where to go and on and on. It can be very stressful and often leads to people delaying or avoiding treatment altogether. We created ezCare Concierge to break this cycle and help guide people to the care they need.” – Michael Karram, MD, Medical Director, Women’s Health.

ezCare Concierge provides direct access to an RN Patient Navigator who can identify the services they need and make the direct connection. Access to a true healthcare professional is critical in a world where most people struggle with healthcare decision making and turn to the internet for advice. Working with a licensed professional to identify the right type of care at the appropriate time saves hassle, time and money.

The Christ Hospital’s concierge service is available for a variety of needs:

• Reviewing healthcare questions

• Connecting individuals with appointments

• Finding specialists close to home

• Verifying insurance coverage

• Accessing preventative care and screenings

Phone calls will be answered during normal business hours and responses will be provided within 24 hours or the next business day. The service is also available to coordinate free physician-led healthcare information sessions to businesses or groups on a variety of topics.
