CINCINNATI (November 13, 2025) – The Christ Hospital has earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade Report for Fall 2025. The Christ Hospital is 1 of 26 hospitals in Ohio that achieved an “A” grade and 1 of 3 to have ‘A’s since the Fall of 2023 in the state.

The nation’s most prestigious award for patient safety measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade stands as the only hospital ratings program focused solely on preventable medical errors, infections and injuries. This program is peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public. Grades are updated twice annually, in the fall and spring.
