Cincinnati (December 18, 2025) –The Christ Hospital Health Network dropped off cereal, toaster pastries and snacks to students at William H. Taft Elementary on Thursday. Team members of The Christ Hospital Health Network donated more 1,173 boxes of cereal, enough for every student to bring four boxes home over the winter break.
Many of these students receive breakfast during the school week and while they are away for the winter break, these boxes of cereal will feed them at home while they’re off from school.
"We are happy to once again donate much-needed cereal for students at William H. Taft Elementary School ahead of the holidays,” said Lori Fey, clinical nurse manager at The Christ Hospital Health Network and organizer of the cereal drive. “Our team looks forward every year to making a positive impact on the community we serve. This cereal drive kicks off the holiday season and we wish the students and their families a Happy Holidays.”
Over the past twelve years, The Christ Hospital has donated more than 10,000 boxes of cereal, making a meaningful and lasting difference for local students.
