CINCINNATI (February 9, 2026) – The Christ Hospital was named the #5 system in Ohio and 65th in the country according to Money Magazine. Money’s rankings named the country’s top 75 institutions. You can find the full list here.
Money analyzed more than 100,000 data points across 6,000 hospitals. The outlet then narrowed only systems with either a four- or five-star rating for quality from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The Christ Hospital received five stars for 2025.
The rankings are based on data points from CMS rankings which include, mortality rates, safety, readmissions, patient experience and timely effective care. Other factors include doctor’s experience, price transparency, awards and accolades, research and implementing cutting-edge treatments.
“It is an honor to be named one of the best hospitals in the country,” said Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network. “This list of data, used by Money Magazine, comes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and clearly identifies that our health network continues to be one of the leaders in providing the highest quality of healthcare. Our physicians’ experience and the amazing team members that surround them, our continued expansion of clinical trials and new treatment offerings are shining examples of how this team is doing everything it takes to ensure that this community has access to the finest care anywhere in the country.”
