CINCINNATI (March 17, 2026) – The Christ Hospital Health Network has been recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Entry Level Positions by Newsweek for 2026. The Christ Hospital was one of just 34 companies headquartered in Ohio to make the list.
The recognition highlights the best employers dedicated to supporting new employees in the workforce based on their performance across a range of metrics. The comprehensive study combines a large-scale national survey, extensive desk research and third-party data to evaluate companies with more than 1,000 employees on their commitment to entry-level employees.

A nationwide survey was conducted between April 2025 and October 2025. More than 610,000 company reviews from more than 37,000 employees aged 18 to 28 were part of the methodology. Additionally, more than 75,000 interviews from previous surveys that took place between 2022 and 2024 have been integrated into the overall findings with a reduced weight. Factors also include employee satisfaction, answers to work-life balance and more than 120 additional indicators.
