CINCINNATI (May 21, 2025) – To promote team member well-being, The Christ Hospital Health Network will host its fourth annual Health & Wellbeing Fair at the Mt. Auburn location on Thursday, May 21 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The Health & Wellbeing Fair is for team members only and not the general public.
The event will feature more than 75 vendors and events including complimentary massage and stretches, healthy snacks & beverage samples, a soothing guitar & cello duo, a mini-hub of mass transit agencies, and representatives from parks, fitness centers, cycling, gardening, disc golf clubs and more! A raffle of more than 50 prizes – event tickets, passes, gift cards and the marque prize of a foldable e-bike round out this inspiring event!
Last year, more than 1,500 team members attended in-person with an additional 100 joining virtually. Virtual attendees will also be eligible for healthy giveaways just like those in attendance. The Christ Hospital Health Network’s Health & Wellbeing Team will help team members adopt a nutrition or fitness plan, discover the value of live plants in your day-to-day wellbeing or increase their ability to access affordable wellbeing solutions. Offerings include discounted fitness memberships, exclusive healthy meal options, complimentary financial wellness solutions, free community events, well-being coaching, virtual support sessions and mental health self-assessments.
