James Kolp, DO, graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in biology. He attended graduate school at the University of Akron studying physiology, and then went onto Ohio University where he received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his internship and residency in family medicine. He's board-certified in Family Medicine by the American College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Kolp and his wife, Kathy, live in Loveland, where he has maintained a practice for 30 years. He and his wife have two children, Katie who graduated from Xavier with a degree in social work and currently lives in Chicago, and Kelly, who passed away in July of 2006, but remains a part of their lives.
