About Bryan G. Beutel, MD

Dr. Beutel graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in biological engineering from Cornell University and earned his medical degree from The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. He then completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, where he also completed an orthopaedic research fellowship as part of a clinician-scientist training program. Following this, Dr. Beutel completed his hand surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City under the mentorship of Dr. Charles P. Melone, Jr. Dr. Beutel is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and subspecializes in hand and wrist surgery. He has published over 30 scientific journal articles on orthopaedics and hand surgery, authored several book chapters, and has had his research presented at regional, national, and international conferences. He is also an active fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), as well as a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) and an active member of the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS).
