Mary Barraza, MD earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The Indiana University – Bloomington. She then obtained her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine: Terre Haute Rural Medicine Track. Dr. Barraza completed her family medicine residency at The Christ Hospital where she served as the committee chair of family medicine clinic and researched the effects of social determinants of health on patient care.
Dr. Barraza volunteers her time for the Big Sister Little Sister (BSLS) Mentoring Program in an effort to make a positive and lasting impact on school campuses, in communities, and in the lives of women and youth.
