As a 25 year old, many doctors dismiss my health problems. This did not happen at all during this meeting! The doctor listened intently, asked follow-up questions, and overall took my concerns very seriously.

He showed me pictures of what was going on inside my throat. Visuals are always helpful. He was very informative. He was respectful and professional. He gave me the option of two treatments but he was realistic about the outcome of taking the "easy" route. Ultimately, I let him choose based on his expertise. I hate doctor's offices and hospitals. It's always a blessing to have providers that make visits easy.
