After earning a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, Dr. Dalia went on to OSU College of Medicine for her medical degree. She then did an internship at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, and a residency in anesthesia at OSU Medical Center.

Dr. Dalia joined AAC in 1996 and has served at the M & M Conference Coordinator. She is currently director of the Department of Anesthesiology and perioperative director, positions she has held since August 2003.

Beyond being a diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology, Dr. Dalia is involved in several professional societies including the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the National Association of Doctors and the American Cancer Society's Ohio Chapter. She has served as guest lecturer at the OSU College of Pharmacy.
