Doctor listens to my concerns!! Which is very important

This physician provided an unacceptable answer to my inquiry (via MyChart) for help finding an orthopedic specialist for a 2nd opinion (consult) and therefore, I went into this appointment with a bad attitude. I really wasn't concerned with talking to him (he did nothing to cause this at THIS visit). My intent is to find a new PCP, but I just have not done that yet.

Dr. Jung is a wonderful physician. I am grateful for the care he has provided over many years.
