Amy Mechley, MD
Dr. Mechley is a board-certified family medicine physician and Medical Director of The Wellness Division at The Christ Hospital Health Network. In addition, Dr. Mechley is the Medical Director for the Complete Health Improvement Program and directs the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative, both for The Christ Hospital Health Network.
She earned her medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Utah McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden. She completed additional training in mind/body medicine under Herbert Benson, MD, at the Harvard Medical School and cardiac wellness at the Massachusetts General Hospital Henry-Benson Institute. She also founded the Richardson Mind/Body Medical Institute.
Dr. Mechley is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She serves as adjunct professor of clinical family medicine with the University of Cincinnati Family Medicine Residency Program.
She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and three children.
