Dr. Mosher graduated of Ohio Northern University with a degree in pharmacy before going on to the Medical College of Ohio for his medical degree. He then did a transitional internship at Riverside Memorial Hospital in Columbus, an anesthesiology residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta and a cardiothoracic fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He holds pharmacy licenses in Ohio, New York and California.

Prior to joining AAC in 1993, Dr. Mosher was a staff pharmacist at University Hospital, Cincinnati, and at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Long Beach, California. With AAC, he is coordinator of the resident intubation rotation, a member of The Christ Hospital's Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Dr. Mosher conducted clinical drug studies and also is in charge of qualify assurance requirements for anesthesiologist assistants.

Board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Mosher belongs to the Ohio State Medical Association, the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists and the state, local and national societies of anesthesiologists.
