I have been seeing Dr. Marc Schneider for my knee for years. He is thorough and explains well. I sent a follow up question on MyChart today and he responded quickly and with detail.

Dr Schneider is great. He always listens and always asks me if I have any other questions and if I do he answers them thoroughly. Any time I made an appointment for problem I haven't gotten to see him fairly soon, which is fantastic He is the best.

Felt unheard and confused by the end of my appointment. It was like the doctor wasn't even listening to me, as if he was distracted the entire time.

I didn't feel like Dr. Was too concerned with my questions. He didn't even check my incisions.

Dr. Schneider in many years is the first doctor who actually read my medical history and discussed it with me and offered me advice
