Diane Schainost, MD, completed her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Texas, Austin. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. She completed her internship in general surgery and her residency in otolaryngology from the Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City.
Following residency, Dr. Schainost moved to Cincinnati and spent a couple of years as partner at ENT Surgeons of Cincinnati, Inc. until she opened her solo practice, Anderson ENT, Inc., where she remained for 23 years. Her practice was acquired by The Christ Hospital Physicians - Ear, Nose & Throat in 2015.
Dr. Schainost is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. She has presented numerous times on topics related to ear, nose and throat disorders and surgeries and has research experience relating to sinus infections and head and neck surgeries. Her professional membership includes The American Academy and The Cincinnati Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Cancers as well as American Board of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Schainost's area of expertise is in general ENT with special interest in food and environmental allergies.
