“I am enormously pleased to welcome Dr. Guitron to The Christ Hospital’s phenomenal team of surgeons. His expertise in thoracic surgery and minimally-invasive techniques bolsters an already-phenomenal team of interventionalists,” says Eugene Chung, MD, Heart and Vascular Service Line Director and Chief of Cardiology at The Christ Hospital Health Network. “Bringing in an expert in robotic-assisted surgeries will ensure The Christ Hospital continues to be the premier healthcare destination in the Cincinnati Region.”
Dr. Guitron graduated from the National University of Mexico in Mexico City. He completed his general surgery residency at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA and his thoracic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati.
