Meet the team
Dr. Odayme Quesada is the medical director for The Christ Hospital Women's Heart Center. Dr. Quesada an award-winning, board-certified cardiologist with a specialty focus on women's cardiovascular disease. She joined The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati following a fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Smidt Heart Institute in Los Angeles, where she trained with national leaders in women's cardiovascular disease. She has been awarded the prestigious National Institute of Health (NIH) Career Development Award to study why women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, such as preeclampsia, are at increased risk of cardiovascular disease later in life.

She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Nursing from Miami University and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds heart failure certification from the Heart Failure Society of America.
