Mazak's new Center of Excellence for knee & hip replacement, as well as certain spine and shoulder procedures offers members exceptional outcomes and an outstanding patient experience with some of the nation's best orthopedic surgeons at The Christ Hospital Joint & Spine Center and The Christ Hospital Medical Center - Liberty Township.
Members receive only one bill and explanation of benefits, which includes the fees for the facility, surgeon and other ancillary costs during the hospital stay.
Mazak HDHP plan members will receive a $1,000 deposit into their HSA when utilizing the Christ Hospital Center of Excellence for eligible procedures (joint replacement as well as certain spine and shoulder procedures).
Mazak Surest health plan members will have their applicable copay reimbursed by Mazak – making the procedure free from out of pocket expenses for plan members.
