CINCINNATI (May 19, 2025) – The American Heart Association has awarded The Christ Hospital Health Network the platinum level recognition for its commitments to employee health and well-being as measured in the Association’s 2025 Workforce Well-being Scorecard™.
Built on the Association’s 100-year history of saving and improving lives, the Scorecard brings together emerging research and input from leading experts to help employers create a healthy and effective work environment. Organizations can earn a recognition level of Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum based on their adherence to the Association’s science-backed recommended practices in areas such as health equity, burnout prevention, compensation and benefits, and more.

•More targeted communications to strengthen equity of experience.
•Broadened discounts on health and wellbeing services/devices/experiences.
•Increased our internal partnerships resulting in new programs (Wellness Coaching)
As part of The Christ Hospital Health Network’s dedication to team member wellbeing, the system will host its 3rd Annual health & Wellbeing Fair on Thursday, May 22 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. This celebration brings nearly 100 different resources on-site for our team members and is live-streamed across the network to continue strengthening our culture of health and wellbeing.
