Nicholas Bengal, DO is a board-certified physician with The Christ Hospital Physicians who specializes in providing inpatient care as a hospitalist at The Christ Hospital in Mt. Auburn.

Dr. Bengal finds inspiration in the ability to compassionate care and education for his patients about their illness to help them from having to return to the hospital. His care philosophy is focused on building a relationship with his patients using two-way communication. “It’s important for the patient to be fully knowledgeable about their condition so we can come up with a treatment decision together,” he says.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gannon University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The Christ Hospital and he is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
