Our providers specialize in healthcare and wellness for adults age 18 years and older, and our office is conveniently located in the Medical Office Building on The Christ Hospital’s main campus in Mt. Auburn, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
Our practice consists of a physician and nurse practitioner who have a combined over 20 years of experience and are board certified in internal medicine: Joseph Dagenbach, MD; and Anna Fox, CNP. We provide care for our patients in the office, as well as at The Christ Hospital - Wound and Ostomy Care, and in the inpatient setting for those admitted to the hospital. We’re committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our patients and families.
Our office participates in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) and Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (Ohio CPC). These are quality care programs geared toward improving patient care and reducing healthcare costs.
