Jodi Newsome is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with The Christ Hospital Wound & Ostomy Care. She has more than a decade of experience providing holistic wound care for the adult and geriatric populations.

Jodi brings a unique perspective to wound and ostomy care, having spent many years working at The Christ Hospital during her nursing career and completing her master’s degree during this time. Jodi strives to build a trusting relationship with her patients and their families – always encouraging them to express their needs, concerns, and goals for their care.

Jodi earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing.

Jodi is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.

Outside of medicine, Jodi enjoys painting, repurposing, and refinishing furniture as a hobby and her newest role as Grandma.
