Upon graduation from University of Notre Dame, Dr. Manley earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He did his internship in internal medicine at The Christ Hospital and a residency in anesthesiology at UC Medical Center, where he served a year as chief resident.

Dr. Manley joined AAC in 1992. He has served as director of obstetrical anesthesia and on the board of directors, of which he is currently President. He is also the medical director of the TriHealth Evendale Hospital.

A diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiologists, Dr. Manley belongs to the local, state and national societies of anesthesiologists.
