Inpatient rehabilitation conditions

We help people with a variety of functional disorders successfully relearn old skills and learn new adaptive techniques. Our comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation program features a full complement of services tailored to each patient based on his or her needs, tolerance for therapy and desired outcomes.

The standard is that each patient receives a minimum of 900 total minutes per week of combined physical, occupational and/or speech therapy services based on the patient’s needs and/or tolerance. Our patients receive an average of 989 total minutes of combined therapy services each week.

Some of the most common disorders our team treats includes:

  • Balance and coordination impairment

  • Weakness or limited motion in arms, legs or trunk

  • Difficulty swallowing

  • Inability to move in bed or from one place to another

  • Inability to perform activities of daily living such as eating, grooming, dressing, bathing and homemaking

  • Cognitive/perceptual deficits or speech language problems in combination with a physical limitation

  • Inability to work or function in the community due to a physical impairment
