The program provides members with exceptional joint replacement outcomes,  an outstanding patient experience, and care from some of the nation's best orthopedic surgeons at The Christ Hospital Joint & Spine Center.

Members receive one explanation of benefits, which includes the fees for the facility, surgeon and other ancillary costs during the hospital stay as well as:

• PPO plan members – waive the $750 deductible in the current plan year.
  

• HSA plan – $750 deposit into their HSA account at the beginning of the following plan year.
