Dr Forman is great. He discusses your issues with your input not by just telling you.

We had a detailed and helpful discussion both about a diagnostic heart stress test, and also about a separate matter related to blood pressure. I feel like we have learned better how to communicate with each other about specific concerns and questions. We did have a little difficulty during a discussion about the type of chest 'pain' or discomfort I had experienced intermittently over the last six months. I think he felt like I wasn't answering his questions initially but the issue for me is that the chest discomfort was somewhat ambiguous and difficult to describe. I think the conclusion was that perhaps this was a form of chest discomfort originating from somewhere other than the heart, although felt on the left side. WhichThe discussion left me both relieved but also with somewhat of a medical puzzle. He emphasized that the results of the perfusion analysis were positive - good blood flow - so he was not that worried about the Issues I had with the treadmill machine. He was very supportive about the awkwardness I experienced with the treadmill test when it got to the part intended to simulating an uphill walk at a fast pace. Fortunately the results from the images and medication induced part of the test were meaningful and positive. [...] He was concerned about not over-medicating the problem since my evening pressures are good.
