As a Doctorate-prepared Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Sally Arnold specializes in Wound and Ostomy Care. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky, her master's degree at The University of Massachusetts Boston, Maryland, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree at Bellarmine University (Louisville, KY).

Sally joined the Christ Hospital Wound and Ostomy Care Department in 2008. Then she opened the Acute Care for the Elderly Unit at the Christ Hospital in 2013 and joined the Christ Hospital Wound Healing Center in 2014. There, she developed and opened the only outpatient ostomy care program in the region run by a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner certified in wound, ostomy, and continence. The practice is now named The Christ Hospital Wound and Ostomy Care.
