We now offer online scheduling for routine screening mammograms at our seven convenient imaging locations! Please see the requirements for online scheduling below; if you don't meet these requirements, contact our scheduling department at 513-585-2668 to schedule your appointment (phone hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday).
The Christ Hospital Health Network is now offering an online questionnaire that will help us determine your risk for cancer, based your family history. You will receive a link to the questionnaire, called Gia, via text five days prior to your mammogram appointment. We encourage you to complete the interactive assessment to help your clinical team better personalize your care. Learn more about Gia and how it can benefit you and your healthcare.
You do not qualify for online scheduling for screening mammography if you:
have any breast concerns such as a lump, nipple discharge, or other changes in your breasts since your last mammogram, or this mammogram is a six-month follow-up
have a history of breast cancer
have had breast surgery in the last five years
are under the age of 35 (under 35 requires a doctor referral)
If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, call 513-585-2668 to ensure you receive the most appropriate test to fit your needs.
- Please check with your insurance provider to ensure payment if scheduling an appointment less than 365 days from your last mammogram.
- All our mammograms are now digital 3D mammograms (tomosynthesis). Digital 3D mammograms offer clearer pictures, which makes it easier for doctors to catch breast cancer early. Insurance coverage is generally the same as traditional screening mammography.
When scheduling your appointment, please ensure the phone number you enter is accurate. We will call you to confirm your appointment. If we're unable to contact you, we will cancel your appointment so that we may accommodate other patients.
