Cincinnati (April 12, 2016) - The Christ Hospital is celebrating the opening of its new Surgery Center in Montgomery. The Christ Hospital Surgery Center - Montgomery offers access to innovative technology and award-winning physicians in a convenient location as part of our commitment to transforming care in the Montgomery area. The Center offers outpatient surgery for breast cancer, ear, nose and throat, urology, joint and spine and gynecologic surgery services. In addition to operating rooms, the Center includes pre-operation rooms and recovery bays offering privacy and natural light, as well as innovative technology for patient monitoring. There are also consult rooms for families to meet with surgeons after procedures are complete. The Center also features a private corridor and elevator for patients traveling from the Comprehensive Breast Center to the Surgery Center, which is located directly above the Surgery Center.

The Christ Hospital Comprehensive Breast Center – Montgomery which is located directly above the Surgery Center, brings exceptional oncology services to the Montgomery area and creates an enhanced patient experience for those fighting breast cancer. The Comprehensive Breast Center, our second such Center, welcomed its first patients Jan. 6. The unique, free-standing location offers comprehensive breast and breast cancer services, including digital screening, diagnostic mammograms, automated whole breast ultrasound and MRI. Each Center has a dedicated nurse navigator to coordinate care with skilled breast surgeons, along with a broad range of medical specialists, all under one roof, if a breast problem or cancer is detected.
The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center in Montgomery opened its first phase in spring 2015. Services offered at The Montgomery Outpatient Center include radiation oncology, imaging, lab services and pre-surgery testing.
