The Christ Hospital Welcomes Two Associate Chief Nursing Officers

The Christ Hospital is pleased to announce Carrie Beckman and Shari Lotspeich will be assuming the roles of Associate Chief Nursing Officers

The Christ Hospital is pleased to announce Carrie Beckman, RN, MBA, CENP and Shari Lotspeich RN, MSN, will be assuming the roles of Associate Chief Nursing Officers (ACNO) beginning today. The two ACNO positions were created by restructuring the Patient Care Services area of the hospital.

Carrie Beckman previously held the position of Executive Clinical Director of Oncology at The Christ Hospital. Prior to that, she was the Director of Imaging and a clinical manager for orthopedics and emergency services at Mercy Health. Carrie has many years of bedside nursing experience, including critical care. She also has extensive training in performance improvement from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. Carrie will be responsible for the Heart & Vascular, and Oncology service lines; the Emergency Department (both at Mt. Auburn and the Liberty Medical Center); MICU; SICU; e-ICU; 3 South and 4 South/Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE).

Shari Lotspeich was most recently the CNO of Gateway Rehabilitation Hospital in Northern Kentucky. Prior to that, Shari oversaw system-wide quality improvement for St. Elizabeth. She also has 20+ years of progressive leadership experience at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Shari will be responsible for the Musculoskeletal and Women’s Service Lines; 5 South; Outpatient Clinic; 2 South; Palliative Care; Wound Healing Centers; Diabetes and Endocrine; Behavioral Health; and 2 West Rehab.
