At The Christ Hospital Health Network, we believe that all nurses should be able to explore the reasoning behind why nursing care is provided the way it is. Whether that means dispelling the myth behind common practices or growing the body of nursing knowledge through research activities, we embrace nurses asking for evidence to support nursing practice and designing care that improves patient outcomes and nursing satisfaction.

Resources available for nurses engaging in research include: mentors from Research Council, the Director for Nursing Research, James N. Gamble Library staff, and education funds to disseminate research internally and externally.
